PSA Charges / The Good News:

  By now you have probably realized that PSA is a “personal service” company.  We do

  NOT entertain or cater for busloads.  We cater for small groups of 2, 4, 6 or 8 people,

  sometimes up to 12.  As you are aware, our itineraries are flexible, and you participate

  fully in the planning process.  Because of this personal planning, it is difficult to put a

  blanket sum on each day or the entire safari.  Your safari charges start only when you

  arrive in Africa.  Rates depend on type of camp / lodge used,  and number of guests in

  safari group.  However,  we can give you guidelines, and when all your planning is done,  

  the bottom line WILL be rigid.  Fair?  Certain activities are excluded from our rates.

  We will be there with you,  because we don't send you on safari,  we take you.

      Included in our rates:

     Airport meetings whenever needed and wherever possible.

     All accommodations from commencing your PSA safari, until you go home.

     All meals while on safari with PSA, unless otherwise planned and agreed to.

     All drinks, beer, wine, sodas & water.

     All ground travel while on safari with PSA ( 4x4 vehicles or others ).

     All park fees, in whichever country you are visiting.

     Your personal safari guide.                                         

     Welcome gift.

      Not included in our charges:

     All airtravel, from your home to Africa, as well as airtravel while on safari.

     (We negotiate good deals with the local airlines, and savings are passed on).

     "Room service"  meals and drinks in hotels.

     Certain activities, ie. 3rd party excursions, microlite flights, elephant rides. 

     (We will help with planning, advice & bookings, please just ask).

     Items of a personal nature, ie. Telephone & Fax calls, Internet services, Curios etc.

     Gratuities.  Please ask, we will provide guidelines.

     Daily rates:  US Dollars.

     South Africa:  Cape Town  areas                      $ 280.-  to  $ 650.- per person.

     South Africa:  All other areas                          $ 300.-  to  $ 550.- per person.

     Namibia:  Swakopmund,  Etosha,  Himbas,           $ 300.-  to  $ 550.- per person.

     Botswana:  Okavango, Kalahari &  Chobe              $ 390.-  to  $ 850.- per person.

     Zambia:  Victoria Falls (not Zimbabwe)               $ 390.-  to  $ 550.- per person.

     Mozambique:  Bazaruto & Benguerra                    $ 390.-  to  $ 650.- per person.

     Tanzania:   Kilimanjaro,  Arusha Nat’l Park,

          Serengeti, Tarangire,  Ngorongoro Crater,

          Lake Victoria & Zanzibar                                $ 290.-  to  $ 550.- per person.
